Look. I've never been too much of a dog person. I like dogs, and I get on with them, but having never owned a dog (with no plans to own one any time soon), I've never had much cause to think about them. That is, until my upstairs neighbour's dog decided to start barking away. It's a very cute dog - a small white terrier - but very loud.
I wish I knew what this dog wanted. Food? The few times I've seen it, he looks well-fed. Attention? The upstairs neighbour barely leaves the flat nowadays, so it's unlikely to be that. Spotted some bugs? Possibly, but this amount of barking seems to be a bit too much of a reaction. Honestly, I think this dog just makes a lot of noise simply for the love of it. It's a shame I don't love it. It's a damn shame.
Here's a picture of what this dog looks like. It's not this dog. I don't know this dog.
