Took this photo on the way back from the shop. Small chalk doodling on the ground at the top of some steps. A nice bit of positivity, I think! Always happy to see things like this, since it makes a change from the usual crap-talking. I don't know who did this, but I appreciate the message.

It is always important to treat yourself, but remember - it's not about the frequency of the treat, but the timing! A nice drink after a hard day's work, for example, or some video game time after finishing something off. Treats are occasional - too many, and you get too used to them.

The Ale-Hop cow at Fuerteventura! Never been to one of these shops before, and I mainly wanted to see the cow! Not only did they have one outside, but they also had one inside as well! Bought a couple of things from the shop - including a cow-pattern bag!

What the hell is this! I took this photo in an aquarium's ocean tunnel - I believe it was in Birmingham. This creature looks like some kind of ray, but it was pulling one hell of a face. Honestly, it's a mood.
